I AM NEW TO AUCTIONS AND HAVE JUST STARTED TRYING TO RELIST CLOSED AUCTIONS. YESTERDAY, I TRIED TO RELIST 2 CLOSED AUCTIONS, THROUGH AUCTIONWATCH, WITH EBAY.I GOT THE SAME ERROR ON BOTH, BUT I CAN'T FIND AN ANSWER AS TO WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX IT!
THE ERROR IS:
ERROR 315: FAILED IN<PAYCONDITION> OR <CHECKOUTDETAILSSPECIFIED>
.INCONSISTENT DATA. YOU SENT IN <PAYCONDITION> (OR <CHECKOUTDETAILSSPECIFIED>=0
AND YOU HAVE SENT S/H, TAX, INSURANCE INFO. PLEASE SEND THE <PAYCONDITION> OR (<CHECKOUTDETAILSSPECIFIED>
I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THIS MEANS AND WHEN I TRIED TO RELIST, THE ONLY CHANGES I MADE WERE: THE PRICE, AND SPRUCED UP THE DESCRIPTION.
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THIS MEANS AND HOW TO FIX IT SO THAT I CAN RELIST A.S.A.P.!
This error message relates to the checkout details. You must have edited your checkout specifics since you first listed these items, and unforntunately when relisting via a third party such as ourselves eBay rejects the relist when your checkout specifics are not the same as the originals.
Check your original listings, then edit your checkout preferences to match before relisting these items.
