Hi Cajamk,
I would recommend clearing your browser cache, as that usually is the culprit. Or try logging out, restarting your browser, then logging in again. Let me know if these solutions do not work.

It's very slow for me as well and I am on cable. What is slow is when you open a pending auction to edit, or even when you "create" an auction. I don't know why it should be so slow to open the "create new auction" page (I mean the page where you will be adding the title, desc, etc). I think the template function has something to do with it. I can make a cuppa tea or take a bathroom break and come back and it still might be loading.
And I might add, my cache is perfectly clear, etc.

Yes, it has to be the template thingie that slows down the page from opening. I've been creating Yahoo auctions which do not use templates and it is much faster!

I have switched to DSL, and it is a little faster with AW, but still slow. I have found that it sometimes helps if I hit the Stop button, then refresh.

Same problem here. I have been using a webtv and to pull up the "create auction" and a "pending auction" takes a long time. I recently purchased an IBM top of the line laptop (so I could still list while out of town) and figured wow everything will now speed up! NAH!!. It is still slow albeit a bit faster than the webtv. The worst is uploading images. One image takes about one minute, so if I'm loading several images it can take up to 10 minutes. In computer time that is an eternity. The webtv actually uploads images faster than the laptop. Figure that one out. My personal belief is that AW is just overloaded with sellers and needs to update or get more equipment to keep up with the volume. Other than that I believe AW does a wonderful job despite all the complainers and naysayers.

you hit the nail on the head. i have been saying for 6 months, need new servers, need new servers. they are overloaded. try uploading early in the a.m. or late at night, and if you are like me, your problem will be solved. i have been saying this a long time, and they still do not believe me.
