I want to change some of my pending auctions already for eBay to Yahoo.

First I tried saving them to inventory, then setting up Yahoo, then creating a new auction using that inventory item. But it did not work because Yahoo does not support templates.

Then I tried copying the auction and getting rid of the template. But that choice does not exist.

Then I tried going to my Sales Manager Pro since I had created these auctions there, but I could not figure out how to do it there either.

I have wasted a lot of time trying to do this change. Please tell me how to do it! Please please please!!!!!

Once you have created an auction you have chose a Auction Site which you are going to use. Even if you copy this it will still select the original Auction Site. The only way would be to create a new listing, but I will check with the engineers to see if they know of a way to do this.

how about letting me choose no template?

Hmmmmmm...

I did NOT make the last post. Huh?

Tara, did you sign in as me to see my auctions and forget to sign out?

Anyway, I want to take already done pending auctions and change them to another site without having to do them from scratch.

Why can't I go into a pending auction and select no template?

Have you tried selecting a blank template? I see that you are using HTML to list your auctions which would make it possible to write the text below the image.

Yes I did sorry!

A blank template would be the same as a no template. You can also select blank template by going into create a custom template.

Does that make sense?

Ok, figured it out.

Save the blank template with no layout.

Copy the existing eBay auction and change to this new template.

Save as inventory item.

Go to inventory and set-up Yahoo in the item and save the item as a profile item.

Use the profile to create new auction.

Whew!
