I used the combined items option today for the first time. I ran into a problem with the final total. I was unable to change the listed shipping option of $9. For the combined shipping required of $11. My question is how do I get the total corrected after a payment of $81. to be reflected in the final total which should be $0.00 ?
I guess the question should be how to I change the UPS shipping option that shows up as a default amount?

Hi Greengate,
For that auction, you could apply a credit -- this can be done through the fulfillment checklist page. Your shipping defaults are set at whatever you have set for each individual auction. When you combine your auction, you have the option of applying a shipping charge to the order as a whole, or leave it individually. If you were to leave it individually then you would need to have shipping discount settings specified. You can specify these in your My Account tab, under Global Preferences.
