I'm sure that this is posted somewhere, but I'm having a devil of a time finding it....What code do I use in the customized Winning Bidder Notices to get the sum total of the winning bid plus shipping? My WBNs have been listing the high bid and shipping charge, but a good number of my buyers seem to have trouble with the math....nearly always to the tune of shortchanging it. Thanks for any insight you can lend!
The sum of the total plus shipping will appear after the winner selects their shipping method. This should eliminate any confusion on shipping for your buyers. What you can do is put messaging in your WBN somewhere saying to please complete all fields to receive the total for shipping and handling plus the product, that way they will send you the correct amount.
