I have noticed that even when a buyer indicates a different address when filling out the WBN response, this address does not show up anywhere in the post sale screens - the only way I could access the information is by going into the "edit" option of the WBN response. Can you make this information available on the "view response" screen? I have a lot of buyers that pay via credit card over the phone, and it would be helpful to not have to get this information twice.

Hi Pmountauctions,

When you click on the fulfillment checklist you should be able to see the Ship To address. Is this the address you were looking for?

No - I'm looking for the billing information, not the ship to information.
