When the customer attempts to fill out the form. I also tried to fill in the info through edit and got the same error code.

Hi davebraun,

I checked the order, and also the checkout and from the looks of it the buyer was able to complete it. Were you clicking Edit on Step 2?

Actually I have just found out from engineering that this was a problem, but has been fixed just now. Sorry about that!

It was ever completed that I know of I ended up using my backup system as the customer wished the information at that moment.
