Is there a way to enter the shipping info if the buyer does not do it. If so, please give steps. Thanks!

Hi Mantczak,
Depending on weather or not your items have step 2 (WBN response received) you can enter the shipping info as below (in both cases you start from the item's postsale page):
(a) No WBN response. Click on the link named Go to buyer checkout. The new page is the actual checkout page the buyer would have fill. Enter all the needed information.
(b) WBN response received. Uncheck step 2, then click on the Edit link next to this step. In the next page, (which is prepopulated with whatever buyer has entered) add the shipping info or modify at will.

In both cases step 2 should be checked upon saving the page.
