In the "WBN e-Mail Message Preview" can you tell me the purpose of stating the Order# twice? It has been confusing my customers a bit. Copied below:
Your winning bidder notification email to the buyer will read as follows:
Subject:
re:AW Order #535134591 | ORDER 535134591
I also would like to know if there's a easier way to edit shipping rather than going into each item in an order & editing its WBN prior to combining? Like perhaps having a window open where your stated shipping options appear for each auction, and you can click on the option for each one, then hit enter. The "% off" option doesn't work for me. I was doing the "Apply credit" option previously, but the original, unedited shipping charges show on the first page they see & credits don't show until the following pages. Seeing that first page, they'd not go any further & email me that they weren't getting a discount.
It's real easy, at least it is for me doing it all manually. The secret is to combine the items first. This will bring up a screen that shows the combined items. Scroll down a little and you'll see what appears to be the normal shipping option boxes, but above it are two radio buttons. The second says something like use these shipping amounts for the entire order. Click on that and set your shipping prices for the whole order instead of the individual parts. Then when the buyer gets to the checkout (if they ever do) they'll see all their items together, but only one dropdown box with shipping options. You'll never have to fool with the global shipping discount preferences again.

Thanks!! =) But since it says "Option 1", "Option 2" then "Custom 1" and "Custom 2" how does that show up on their end? What's the difference between "Option" and "Custom"? Do you mean to just enter the total amount of shipping into 1 of those fields, rather than idividually for each auction? And if you do enter each item's individual shipping into a separate box, what if you have more than 4 items combined? So many questions!! =) You are so kind to help! =)
