Can someone tell me what to do here? The first WBN you send someone has the shipping quote. How can you make a shipping quote when you don't know the person's zip code yet? I have digital scales and the whole setup but they don't do me any good quoting shipping charges when I don't have all the info yet. Thanks.

Hi Dudephil,
Unfortunately you can't send out the WBN without specifying shipping and handling. What you could do is include a clause in your auction telling the winner to email you their zip code so you can send a customized winning bidder form to them. This can work to your advantage as it also can serve as an extra notifier that your auction has been won -- especially if it is a Buy It Now auction.

Thanks Sonya for your quick reply but actually that would work to my disadvantage. The point of a WBN is the time saving aspect of it. This would cost me more time. I'll try to find another way. Thanks again.

Hi, please see my reply to the Diana AW post as follows. "Now available USPS zoned shipping support". We think alike! Try my way if you like and see if it works as well for you as it has for me. The post I made above is incorrect. The new zoned rate shipping option allows you to calculate shipping based on zip code, real time in the PSM checkout system. If you have any questions please let us know.
