Hi, I have been trying to list new auctions for well over 2 hours, eventually I walked away in disgust because I was unable to load my images on my auctions.
Here I am again wondering why you still have not fixed the site.
I have cleared my browse cache, logged off, logged on, cleared cookies, etc etc.
Your site has been slow all afternoon and there is still a problem.
It's very frustrating, what am I paying for?
We are sorry to hear of your continued problem with uploading, but this is not a global error effecting our users. Nothing with the image hosting section has changed from how it has always been, and we are not receiving an unusual number of complaints on the issue from the normal.
I hope you are able to clear whatever seems to be slowing your connection to us down. If this persists, try even shutting your machine all the way down, or possibly dialing up to another local access number in your area - if you are on a dialup.

Hi Christopher, this is not happening with any other sites, I am on ebay speeding along without a problem.
I did, (when I walked away in disgust), completely log off and turn off my PC and that had not solved the problem.
When I try to attach an image, schedule an auction, it takes forever, and then I get a 'cannot find server' message.
There was someone else who had the same problem earlier, they probably also gave up.
Please look again at your site, it is very, very slow tonight, and I cannot spend hours trying to list one auction.

Ruby, I'm very new to AW but was finding it EXTREMELY slow compared to all other sites today. I've been trying to start up storefront etc and everytime it has to save a change of a page with an image it takes forever. I just thought it was usual - glad to hear that it may not always be like this, but I do empathise with your frustration. I'm hesitant now to try and start my auctions (I'm nervous enough as it is cos never done it before) may wait until I see you are happier with the speed (I'm on DSL)
Try creating an auction and see what your results are. Not sure why only a few of you are running into this error if it seems to be only happening on our site.

Hi, Guys
I am having the same trouble with uploading. I was trying to synchronize all morning, and afternoon. When it gets to the upload image part, if fails, andthis is the message I get,
"Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please go to www.AuctionWatch.com and check your images."
what is going on???. tried shuting down, restart, cache. nothing helps

Christopher, yes I posted an auction in the wee hours with no problem. The whole AW system is still running slowly during the "create pending auctions" process ( I hope this improves as I am a Mac user, and this is the only way I can utilize your system.) Thanks.

Hi Marlene,
I have noticed that you managed to upload listings later in the day.
If you get errors during image upload:
1. Click the Details button after synchronization starts. This will give you a detailed log of which specific images and/or preferences are being synchronized.
2. When the synchronization halts, you should see an indicator in the details log that will tell you which image file halted the synchronization process.
3. Once you have the image file name, try deleting it from the image bar in SMPro.
