Hi,
Can you tell me how the invoice for item #2034525978 turned out like it did? The shipping I entered for the first item never even showed up and then the shipping I entered for the 2nd item shows up as the word "Shipping" under "Product Description"!
Very odd, never seen this before! Please advise, thanks!

Hi Biffette,
The order #2034525978 contains 2 items (with the same title), and both of them have WBN response completed on July 2-nd, with only one shipping choice: USPS Priority.
The entire order shows a shipping of less the sum of the individuals, while your global prefernces show that you do not offer any shipping discount. This means that upon combine you selected unified shipping with a new value (maybe this is the cause of the error you see?).
