First off...I am enjoying AuctionWatch! Been using it for about 2 weeks...so far so good.

My question:
Are the WBN Reminder letter and the Payment Reminder letter automatic or do we manually send these out?
If automatic...when do they launch?
If not...how do I launch them?
They are not automatic -- you can launch them when you need to. To send them, click on the Post Sale link on the left hand side. You should see a list of your sold auctions as well as sets of icons above them. The payment reminder is the $ reminder and the WBN reminder is the envelope reminder.
