I keep getting "error" when I launch to ebay, it says to verify my user name and password, I did, ebay says I am an authorized seller but it still says "error". What am I doing wrong. I called auctionwatch, they will not help me on the phone. Someone please help me.
That is correct, we do not currently offer telephone support.
As the note in your account indicated, either your username or password is stored incorrectly for eBay.
I checked, and you have your eBay ID stored with us as catsdaddiecast - but when I checked eBay directly, I found your ID should be stored as catsdadphil instead.
Go to the My Account tab, click on the Auction Site Accounts link within, and edit your eBay ID to reflect your correct username.
Once corrected, you should be able to launch your items without error.

I did has you said on my request for help in rhe message center on my 7-12-02 dated request and changed it to "catsdadphil". Now I get another error saying this name already being used. I tried to edit it again but got the same response. Now what can I do to resolve this once and for all?

Hi Catsdaddiecast,
The error returned is selfexplanatory: another AW account (which uses the same first, middle initial and last name as you) has "catsdadphil" as eBay stored username.
Notice that Aw does not allow several AW users to share same eBay userID, nor to have two or more different eBay userIDs. If you recall to have another AW account please let us know which of them should use "catsdadphil" as eBay userID, and which not.
