How can I get Sales Manager Pro to open Internet Explorer as default instead of Earthlink.

Hello steppingstone,

Are you connected to the internet when SM Pro opens Earthlink? If not, try connecting first as Earthlink is your ISP whereas IE is just a browser which is dependent on an internet connection.
