I have been trying to upload images since Thursday to no avail! What's up!? I can't launch auctions, if I can't upload. Tonight I can do, maybe, one picture at a time and it takes forever! This is not a free service. My response from AuctionWatch was merely fluff. Is anyone else having this problem? Help! Sheri

Hi Sheri,

There had been a problem uploading images that has been resolved. Try clearing your browser cache, and uploading again. If you are uploading in a group please try them one at a time. Let me know if you continue to have problems with this.

Hi Odomace,

What are the file sizes for your images? Are they jpeg images? Also where are you uploading them from -- Pro, or from Image Hosting online?

Sonya,
I am using Image hosting on line. these are the same type inmages I have been loading for 2 years. I'm not versed enough to know if they are j.peg or not.

Sonya,
I checked and they are jpeg. files about 31-35 in size. Part loaded and part said "Image Hosting Not responding."

Hello,

What browsers and what versions of them are you using? I would recommend clearing your cache again, or try using Sales Manager Pro to upload your images. I am unable to replicate the problem on my end.

Hello,

bksv99 and ldyanteek,

We have performed a traceroute on both of your IP addresses, and have found that in the case of bksv99, there is significant packet loss at zoominternet.net, which indicates that the issue is most likely congestion on or near your ISP. In the case of ldyanteek, the traceroute stops entirely at atdn.net, with no packet loss up to that point. This indicates that there may be a firewall at this point that may be causing the problem.

In both cases, we recommend that you contact your ISPs, as the packet loss does not appear to be originating from our network.

I'm sorry that we couldn't be of more help with this.

Best regards,

Diana

fourdogfarm and odomace:

We have run an analysis on your connections as well, and have found that for fourdogfarm there is significant packet loss (between 8% and 15%) at xtratyme.com, which is most likely the cause of the trouble.

odomace, are you still experiencing problems uploading your images? We do not see any significant packet loss at this time. Can you tell us if you are completely unable to upload, or if the upload is just slow? (As an aside, we notice that you have not updated your email address on file here - you might want to do that as @home no longer exists and emails that we send to that address will be undeliverable.)

Diana
