I've recently decided not to used the Automated WBN, and instead use the WBN through Paypal. I'm trying to get more payments directly through them instead of wating for a check, mo, etc.

Now here's the problem. When I launched all my inventoried items, I unchecked the "send wbn" boxes in the auctions and also in my seller preferences, but sure enough out went the WBN last night with my OLD shipping rates on it.

How can I fix this?? I have about 30 auctions running now with about 3O more ready to launch. I don't want the wbn going out with the old shipping info on it.

Help!
Dan

Hi Mgdan,

After carefully inspecting your control panel I have noticed the following:
- you have one closed listing (item 2120725425) for which WBN auto-sent is set on true; that's why WBN has been sent;
- you have 33 open listings, from which 19 have auto WBN enabled and 14 have it disabled;
- you have 25 pending listings, all scheduled to be launched; for these I cannot tell the WBN status;
- some of your inventory items still have auto-WBN set to on, so this is why active itemID 2120994473 has auto-WBN enabled (the above item is only an example).

Notice that for inventory items auto-WBN must be set to off prior to scheduling! Changing the auto-WBN status after the item is scheduled will not disable this feature!

What to do: while the item is active you can still change WBN status: simply go to your active section (from left nav), select all the items and press SetWBN button. In the next screen, the items are listed with the WBN status. Select the items for which you want to change status (those with WBN set to on in your case) and click on the On-Off button.

Notice also that while the auction is active you may edit the WBN for the listings for which auto-WBN is set to true. Simply go to your active panel (again from left-nav) select the item(s) and click on SetWBN. On the next screen, select the items one by one and click on EditWBN, then fill all the required information.

Thank YOU Marius! I think I have edited the active auctions for now.

Can I change the ones that are pending this way as well?

Also, while I have your attention. I *thought* that I had changed the shipping method to appear as Priority Calculated for all these auctions as well, but they come up with the fixed shipping on the wbn when I got to edit it. (this is just referencing the one closed auction)

Hi Mgdan,

Unfotunately there is no WBN switch button for items in the pending section. You will have to repeat the steps in my previous post once the items become active.

As to the changes in the WBN contents (payment and shipping choices) please refer to the last paragraph of my prevoius post: you can edit WBN contents while the listing is still active.
