I am trying figure out how to combine 2 orders. The first is a regular eBay list of items that bidder has been purchasing over the week that is combined into one AW Order # (#536231050).
Same bidder went into my Auctionwatch store independently and bought 5 items and this purchase was put into a separate AW Order # (#536644922).
Bidder wants to combine orders into one and ship it together. I tried to combine them but these orders do not come up as being combinable.

Hi Gkwan99,
Unfortunately you cannot combine 2 orders. You can only add some items to an existing order.
What to do: Simply manage both orders and mark them as paid individually, then ship them together. If you receive some discount on shipping them together, you may inform your buyer about it, and issue a credit for the discount (thus letting the buyer to pay you the exact shipping amount).
Another solution is to dissolve one of the orders and combine the remaining order with the individual items. To do so, click on the order, then click on NonPayingBidder button, then on the next screen uncheck Relist (this is very important) and hit the SpiltOrder button. Now back to PostSale > CombinableItems and select the order and the items, then hit Combine.
I would not recommend splitting the order because some valuable information (such as the credits applied) is lost!
