How long does it take for the auto WBN to go out after a BIN auction ends?

Hi Mycoolstuff,

It should go out shortly after the auction ends, provided you had the auto WBN feature turned on for that auction.

Hi again,
I have my seller preferences set to send automatic WBN. So is it still necessary to set automatic WBN in each individual inventory item also? Thanks!

Hi Mycoolstuff,

If you didn't have the auto WBN on within the auction when you went to launch it, that could have been the problem. Did you get the EOA notice from eBay yet? You can go ahead and send the WBN manually if you like.

Hi Mycoolstuff,

You may also want to take advantage of our PayPal Mailstep feature, which will decrease the time it takes for your BIN auctions to move from Active to Closed. This way you don't have to wait for your WBNs to go out, provided you have the auto WBN turned on when you launch your auctions.

Ebay stopped it so you will not get it

Hello Changinglives,

I just wanted to clarify with you that the EOA notices from eBay are now optional. They would need to be on, for this process to work.
