Hi,
I love the default text area provided on my global preferences. It sure saves a lot of typing time.
However, I would like to be able to edit this per auction.
The last few paragraphs of text in my auctions are always the same except for one or two small changes (usually only 2-3 words).
These changes are in the middle of the text, so I am not able to save them as default text, as they vary slightly from auction to auction.
Is there a way to edit the default text per auction without having to revise thru ebay? It sure would save me a load of time.

Hi ShelaMarie,
Unfortunately the default text is appended to the listing at launch time (not schedule time!). This means that in order to change this text you have two options:
- create a 'general use' default listing text which will be used for all your listings and depending on the listing add all 'specific' data into item descriptions;
- wait untill schedules listings are effectively launched (i.e. they move from pending to active) and then modify the default listing text.
