I'm having a problem with my image hosting. My image is in the form of jpeg. I upload from auction watch for my auctions to be launched on ebay. after completing the auction i preview to make sure everything looks ok. I looks fine at auction watch but when it gets launched to ebay the picture takes up the whole screen- decreases sales because they can not see description. Have not had this problem in past. Need info on how to fix.

Hello,

Please visit the My Account tab and click on the Global Preferences link found within.

Scroll down and check the box labeled 'Automatically scale down large images for faster download and cleaner presentation.'

Click the 'Save Preferences' box at the bottom of the page when finished.

From now on, your images wider than 250 pixels will be scaled down with the option to click on and view the full size image.
