The AW PSM WBN has some big problems. This is the first time I have used it in a month. I had a customer that bought item #2040790182 that sent me a message that it was the "MOST DIFFICULT POST SALE INVOICE" she had ever completed. She kept having to go back to Ebay for the amounts and did not know if she had insurance or not by the time she got done.
This morning I completed a response for a customer that had paid for Item #2124359631. I kept getting an Error message(did not say what the error was)and to try back later. When I went to Awaiting for Payment, the information had taken.
I can understand a person's confusion about the insurance, it is not associated with the payment selection--can easily be overlooked.
Something is definitely wrong with the PSM system. Since April, the invoices do not print out properly.

Hi Shadowwand,

Did your customer tell you why she had to keep going back for the amounts? They are pretty visible throughout the WBN process -- was it when she was trying to pay for the auction?

Was the error you got when you tried to complete the other WBN a pop up error? It sounds like it was a connection issue at the time, since the information had taken when you got further through the post sale process.

How are the invoices printing out for you? What browser do you generally use? If you have an auction presently in post sale where the invoice is not printing correctly, let me know the ID so I can test it.

Regards,

Sonya

I received the same error message this morning on Item #2124617739. It is not a pop-up error, goes to the next page with red letter error message to try later.
I do not know the browser that I use. In creating these programs, the engineers should make them adaptable to all browsers. None of the other sites I use never ask me my what type browser. Maybe AW ought to post a memo telling the useds what browser the system is most compatible with.

Receiving same Error message for Items #2124914907/2126927570 when completing the WBN Response. It takes me to the next page after completion with and Error message in bright red letters "FATAL ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER."
You can print any of my completed invoices and none of them will fit on the page. The far right side that has the items totals are missing. I have to hand write them all in. It has been this way since you changed the system in March or April.

Hi Shadowwand,

The error is not visible from my end. Regarding the packing slip, you might want to try tweaking your printer settings so that when it is printing out pages from the web, it is compressing them to fit on one page. That way the column on the right will print on the first page.

Regards,

Sonya
