I am trying to print two packing slips. The box comes up with nothing in it. The #'s are 2040566224 and 2040566217. It was working fine just before that. Could someone please check this out? Pam

Hello,

Try clearing your cache and printing again. I'm able to see the packing slip on my end.

Hi Sonya, Tried doing that. Still can't see packing slip to print. It was ok for about 10-15 minutes before that and then couldn't print 204030363. Thanks, Pam
