I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong when launching a new auction...I would like a picture in the picture preview (the 10 cent option), and I check off that box, but when I try to launch the auction, it keeps telling me to fix the problem highlighted in red (the line that tells me I selected a picture preview is red). Any help is greatly appreciated!
I checked your account, but saw no items in pending that you had been working on. The picture preview (gallery) option is 25 cents, not ten. You should be able to include your images with this option as long as they are in a Jpeg format. Please let us know if you run into this error again, so we can take another look at your account.
