I am wondering where the buyer adds in the sales tax in the checkout. I clicked on the link in the WBN and there is nothing about sales tax. I have had two or three buyers lately that didn't add it in. I have to charge Indiana buyers 5%. It is in my terms and also in the Post Sales preferences, but not in the checkout. Pam

Hello Pam,

The option to add sales tax is available to your buyer during checkout on the page where they would enter their billing/shipping information. You can test this process for a closed sale by clicking the "go to buyer checkout" link under step 2 in the fulfillment checklist (be sure to uncheck step 2 if it is checked off.)

I will look into this, but I'm not sure which account you are having trouble with. Is it treasuremart1 or pkopesch, or both?

Thanks,

Diana
