I received 4 Paypal payments last night, and none were picked up automatically and applied to the auctions. I have mailstep turned on. Is there something else that I need to do?

Hello mycoolstuff,
Some PayPal notifications (particularly those with "Notification of payment received" in the subject line) are not sent in a format that our system can recognize. These payments will need to be entered manually for the time being. We do have a fix in the works for this, which should be implemented sometime next week.
Note that some users will not use the WBN link to make the PayPal payment, or will not fill in the auction informationw when they do, so there will inevitably be cases where our system will not pick up a PayPal payment. Hopefully, the fix we put in place next week will help alleviate the number of payments that are missed.
