The shipping amount is not staying pre-set but the other items are. This has been happening just this week. Can you help? I have to fill in the shipping amount with each new listing.

Hello ng978,

In order to correct this, please go to My Account -> Global Preferences, and enter a value in the shipping options fields. Right now, they are set to 0.00.
