Is there any way I can put in a bid incerment amount? Do you know how the bid incerment works? Like $1.00 auction the next bid would be $0.25. I would like to change that to a amount I want. Can anyone help me?

The seller cannot modify the bidding increment. That is set by eBay and the amount depends on the current bid price of the item. There are certain bid amount "break points" at which the increment automatically increases.
