In the middle of a listing I've been asked to Log In, and Log In, and-------after about eight times I'm curious (soon to be furious!) what is this all about??????

I am using Webtv--I was using
Webtv this morning when I did six listings, in the middle of the seventh I hid a problem and hours later can't do anything!! Now how is Java responsible for this? Does it come on and off intermitently?? Should I be looking for a program that will accomodate me and my Webtv? The last time I had a problem it was in your system but not announced for some time after.

I apologize, I did not see that you were a WebTV user. Unfortunately we do not fully support the WebTV platform so there isn't much I can tell you -- usually when WebTV users run into problems, we have suggested powering down the WebTV box for a few minutes or so and then trying again. You could also try contacting WebTV support to see if there are any problems that they might be experiencing.

I turned the box off and tried again (I had a cat nap, too!!) and it worked!
