This is atrocious. How long does it take to resolve a problem. My auctions are being killed by your lack of expediency. I demand a total refund of all my fees but even that will not approach the amount needed to compensate me for the bids that I have lost.
No updates to the anouincement board in 2 hours either. This is inexcusable!
We are working to resolve this as quickly as we can. I unfortunately do not have an estimate for you at this time as to when the problem will be resolved. The problem is external to us, so we are working with our providers to expedite the repair. Note that only a percentage of users are affected by this - your images are viewable to the users not affected.
Thank you for your patience, and we apologize again for the inconvenience.
I've just viewed your auctions, and although I know it is probably not a great comfort I can see all of your images. Please be assured that only a percentage of viewers will not be able to see them.

I tried refreshing the page, clearing the cache, rebooting my computer, etc., etc.
My auctions are not even in the gallery.
I sent an e-mail to eBay, asking if I could end the auctions and restart them. If I can do that, I expect Auction Watch to charge me only one fee for each auction. And may I ask for someone to please look into why this is happening so much? Maybe that way you can fix it so it doesn't happen again. I don't feel safe using this service the way it is now.
