I have been trying to load photos on existing eBay auctions and I keep getting 'internal error'(?)-I have 100 auctions up awaiting photos,I need this fixed ASAP!

Hi Overking,
I apologize for missing this post. How are you trying to add your images to your eBay auctions? You don't have your eBay ID stored so if you are trying to do it through image hosting, you would get an error.

I use the 'attach to existing auction' and then put my ID and password in(I always do it this way). Now when I do it,it stalls for a few seconds,then says 'internal error' and please notify AuctionWatch(which I did). Please help!

Hi Overking,
The reason they are erroring out is because your ebay ID is not stored in your account. What is your ebay ID?

gianttroll (and when I try to put in into my account it says I can't because another AW account has my nickname,which is impossible,I have been selling full-time on eBay for almost 4 years under the same nickname). And why can't I add photos with the 'attach'? It worked last week(and previous weeks). However it works out,please just help so I can start attaching photos ASAP! Thanks!

Hi Overking,
I have stored your eBay ID for you. Now, all you need to do is go to this URL:
https://secure.auctionwatch.com/ureg/
Click on "Edit" and store your password for eBay, and your email address. Click "Continue" to save. You should then be able to attach your images through Image Hosting.
Did you delete your eBay ID accidentally perhaps, from your AW account?

I followed your instructions and it still won't let me attach photos(?)-the same 'internal error' keeps coming up!

Now when I try to load photos it comes up 'page can't be displayed' after stalling awhile(when trying to attach). ?????

Hello overking,
Are you by any chance behind a firewall or using virus checking software? I have run a trace on your IP address, and we are not getting a respose from your computer. There is no problem on our end currently that would cause this problem.
Note that if you were using Norton Anti-Virus and you canceled the subscription, you will need to uninstall the application as it will block incoming traffic if you don't.

I have a firewall & Norton anti-virus scanning software(and it's active)...I can't uninstall or take them down(I would be unprotected then). I did not have any of these problems till today ??? Something happend...and i ran a scan on my comp and it's fine.

I have to apologize - it appears that there is a problem that I have just become aware of that might be causing this. I am working with engineering on it, and we will hopefully resolve it shortly.

OK...I did clear my cache,reboot comp,and I have road runner for connection(it didn't help doing any of these things). My firewall settings are not high.

I am having the exact same problem, I cannot attach pictures to existing auctions.. I keep getting the error as well. I've had password, etc. stored for quite some time. HELP!

I got a BROKEN SERVER response on AOL Saturday night when adding a auctionwatch pic to an existing eBay auction AND I got an INTERNAL ERROR on MSN Sunday morning when adding an auctionwatch pic to an existing eBay auction.
