Item: 2048218213 would not move from active to post sale. I refreshed dozens of times and then deleted and tracked the item back in......but, it went to closed instead of post sale. Please restore the auction to post sale.

Hello,

Did you have duplicates of this auction or was this the only one? Did it launch immediately to active, or did you have to import it after it went live?

The auction was ended with a BIN. It would not move from ACTIVE to POST SALE. It now sits in closed with no psm keys. Please move to Post Sale so the WBN can be sent.

Hi jalleniii,

I have engineering looking into this. Was this a fixed-price listing or a regular auction? Also, was it created in Sales Manager or was it a relist?

I believe it was from inventory and was a regular auction which ended with a B.I.N.

Had a similar problem to this. Started a new thread "Closed auction not in post sale for over a day!" to make sure mine gets resolved...I wanted to post here to make sure it's not an isolated issue.
