I've gone to revise my reserve w/Ebay auctions through my Ebay item listing pgs. "revise item"link, input the change, hit "save changes" box,but revision doesn't take place. Is there a mechanism I should be using w/ Auction Watch instead? Does Auction Watch override making changes directly through Ebay or am I dealing w/ a possible Ebay glitch? Thankyou in advance for any info. MM

Unfortunately, there is no way to make revisions to an active auction through our system. The problem you are describing seems to affect any auction that is launched using complex HTML in the description field.

Here are some suggestions for potential workarounds:

- Wait 2 - 3 minutes before clicking the "submit" button to save changes to the revision form.
- Use a browser other than Internet Explorer. Netscape and Opera do not seem to be affected by this problem to the same degree as Internet Explorer.
- Be sure that if you have HTML entered in your description field or default text it is entered correctly, with no missing "tags" and with no javascript.

I hope this helps!
