With WBNs we can have a copy sent to us for our records. Why can't we do this with any other correspondence? I don't know what everyone else does, but I save all of the emails I send to my buyers as a CYA sort of thing. It sure would be nice for me to be able to show them where I sent payment reminders, shipment notices, etc, and actually have proof because I had a copy of the email sent to me.
It could be optional in the setup just like WBNs are. Very handy feature I believe.

I have been hoping for this feature for a long time. A lot of times I do all the correspondence manually, just so I can have a copy for my records. This would certainly be a big help.
