Please tell me if I am doing something wrong regarding the check out. It seems that every week the majority of my customers, when filling out the check out seem to be editing the shipping charges and/or not putting in the insurance charges. I insist on insurance and they seem to be able to delete it, or maybe it does not come up. When they do the shipping charges, for example if it says 3 pounds they are only charging themselves for 1 pound. I use the calculated feature with Auction Watch, as well as list the weight in the auction. Are customers able to edit the calculated feature? If I am not doing anything wrong, I am shocked at how many dishonest customers I have had since this was instituted and feel that something should be put in place so they cannot change shipping costs. Help please!!! Thanks
