There appears to be a problem with the invoice printout. It is displaying and printing the autionwatch header and side bar and "postsale sale fulfillment checklist" header. Could you please look into this. Thanks.

Hi Samkat,
It appears that you are printing the wrong page. When you click on the Print Invoice link, the invoice should pop up in a new window and from there, you print. Is that what you are printing?

When I press print invoice. This is the page that pops up. Prior to your new "improved" format, the proper invoice & packing slip page popped up. It has been working for many thousands of invoices prior to this.
I just tested this and was able to print out an invoice successfully. Are you on the fulfillment checklist, or are you doing this through Post Sale? Which item are you having this trouble with?
