Yes, this is great! Now I have 2 questions. First, when we ask for E-bay credit, will the dead-beat-bidders be placed on my blocked bidders list? I sure hope so. And second question is: Will Auction Watch automatically give me credit on the commissions that I have paid to AW at the same time I apply for credit to E-bay? I sure hope so....Keep up the good work...WCP
Unfortunately they do not automatically get placed on the blocked bidder list. That is something you would need to take care of through your eBay account.
Regarding the NPB alerts, those are for eBay. You would still need to request the final value fee refund from AW the old way, through our refund request form.
