I have no pictures on my auctions again, and I can't download my pictures in order to list. Is there a problem again, this is costing me a lot of bids!

Hi Amber,
Your images are viewable. Try clearing your browser cache to speed up the loading time. They are probably loading slow for you because you have a number of images on each auction.
If this does not work contact your ISP and make sure everything is okay with your connection.

Hi Sonya, thanks for your reply. My ISP doesn't think the problem is with them, my images are not showing on my image hosting page or auctions. Images I have on other auctions are fine. How do I clear my browser cache please?

Hi Amber,
To clear the cache in Internet Explorer, look under "Tools" in the top menu bar. Open "Internet Options", and the option to clear the cache will appear under "Temporary Internet Files" in the "General" menu. It is always a good idea to clear the History, as well.
In Netscape, look under "Edit" in the top toolbar, and open "Preferences". Click the box next to "Advanced", then "Cache". You will want to clear both the disk and memory cache.

Thanks Sonya, I have done that, but still no pictures. They came back for a few minutes before I did the clearing, now they have gone again.

Hi Amber,
You might want to double check with your ISP again. We have received some information from a couple users that there are some service providers on the east coast have been having router problems, and that they are working on resolving the issues.

Hi Sonya, I contacted my ISP again, they are a very small server called Wightman Internet, but they say they are having no problems at all. The pictures return for a little while, and then go again, have done that about 5 times in the last 6 hours.

I have auctions closing in a couple of hours, and I still have no pictures. I have done everything I know to do, my ISP says the problem is not with them, can anyone help?
