Does anyone have any handy hints on how to get invoices to print OK. Mine seem to print the whole screen (including the "print" button etc.). I have been copying and pasting them into Word to get the right printout.

sonya, i'm having the same problem now too.
although, my link is not working. i'm having to right click on it and then select open link to get the invoice screen to come up. when the message box comes up that asks if i want to print now i click on it to print and i get the whole page also! i had no problems before and did everything the same way....

I'm using internet explorer, I'm not sure which version. I have recently connected to ADSL and have found that changes online are only activated sometimes by refreshing the screen, this seemed to work on the invoice screen and the invoice printed OK. The only problem now is that it dosn't fit on the page. It is set up for A4 paper but gets cut off on the right.

Hi Eatthelabel,
You can probably adjust your printer settings. Make sure that you have them set to print out pages printed from websites. You can also print in Landscape form. We are looking into the print problem that you had, as it might be browser related.

I have tried the landscape print but that mucks up other things when I print off the web and means I have to keep changing the print setup. Also, this sounds fussy, but I prefer invoices in portrait format.

Have you tried modifying your page settings (in terms of how it looks when you print off the web)? Has that worked for you or is it still being cut off?

Since April I have had an Invoice printing problem. Have posted it many times. The engineers need to fix the set up. Prior to the PSM new items, all invoices printed properly. Now the right side of the page is totally missing. My customers send me print outs that are the same way. Until the engineers are serious about fixing the problem, we as consumers or sellers will have to suck it up and drive on.
