Hi, I am new to AW as well as SMBE. I registered step by step according to the guide-key. The problem is:
1) After I download my SMBE, I found there is no yellow Folder under the block of image on the left of computer, then I can not put new picture into it. 2) I input information to Preference, at the step of eBay specifics of Template, I click on "choose", it shows: There was an error opening the `c:\program File\AuctionWatch\dta\lucy1028\custemps.date file, The Application Error said: The instruction at "0X73dd1351"referenced memory at "0X000000004". The memory could not be "read",and then the SMBE disappear from my screen. 3) I used my another new computer to download SMBE with same User ID, same problem happen. 4)Then I try to delete AW program file from my C:\program File, including smbe, the brown color box and empty my recycle bin and download SMBE again, but still same problem happen. I repeated doing it, sometimes for the first time I opened SMBE after I download it, there was a yellow folder under image block and I know this is correct, but after I closed and open it again, the folder under image disappear again.
I am totally exhausted of it and I really need to start to use this SMBE. Can you please tell me how to do?
