Hello,
I had an issue a couple of times where I made an error in the shipping info of my dutch auctions. I always ship fixed rate. I listed the shipping rate at $2.95 in my auction ad, but mistakenly listed it as $4.95 in the auctionwatch sales manager. When my bidders went to check out, a few were unhappy about the price jump. I told them to just send the correct amount with shipping of $2.95, then did a credit for 'shipping adjustment' from Fulffillment Checklist area.
Anyways, is there a way I can edit the shipping info after a dutch auction so when my bidders come to checkout they get the right fee?
Thank you
Rob
(in case you need an example, my latest woops was ebay motors auction #1854220058)

Hi Rob,
You can edit the shipping information prior to sending out the WBN. Basically, you would edit step 1 of the Post Sale Process and then send out the WBN. If these auctions are active, then click on the Active link in the display options box, select the auctions you wish to edit shipping for, and hit Set WBN. Then for each auction, you can edit the WBN to reflect correct shipping.
