Please review your system status as auctionwatch is not synchronizing with ebay.
Many features are not working properly namely, post sale (does not pull from active after refreshing)
Launching, closed, and active.
Please provide a quick fix ASAP!
I need to send WBN's and relist a buch of auctions!!!

Hello Sonya, and thanks for your response.
Auctions are still not fully updating...
winning auctions are not able to move into closed after refreshing.
Please review the situation ASAP as the problem still exists.
We would appreciate a quick fix as our time is very limited.

Please compare eBay and AW active auction lists and you will find that it does not match even after refreshing Many times.
(all were relisted through AW)

We are also refraining from relisting as many auctions that were scheduled to relist had failed.
Please respond as soon as the system is working properly so that we can relist with confidence knowing that auctions will not fail processing.
This has cost us a few good hours.
