Hello,

I am just wondering if there is a proper protocol for listing a new item and have it appear in our inventory list and storefront . we check the box at the bottom of the page but less than 25% of the new auctions will go into the inventory lists or the storefront. do we have to setup the inventory first and then do a new listing or is there certain steps to doing this without losing the auction info. we did not experience this problem in the past. just the past month or so. Thank you for your time Sportsource

Hi Sportsource,

If you save your items you create to your inventory, then you will always have a record of your items. Keep in mind that all auctions you launch appear in your storefront regardless. I'm not sure if this answers your question so please do let me know.

Regards,

Sonya

Hello Sonya, we are still experiencing the same problem the items will not go into the inventory if you have any other suggestions please let me know. also will there be any work done on the WBN to make it more AOL Compatible everytime someone wins from AOL Or Compuserve and ATTBI they are asking for payment info after the WBN has been sent even though we have thorough instructions on how to copy and paste the URL into their browsers. We are starting to receive email saying that we have not tried to contact the winning bidder after 3 days and according to ebay rules the auction is void Please help on these issues Thanks again Sportsource

Hello sportsource,

Can you provide some examples of items which you saved to inventory, but did not save? We would need this information in order to investigate the issue (auction titles are sufficient.)

As far as AOL / WBN support, we have done our best to make the WBN as AOL-friendly as possible. We will continue to look at this problem, however, as we do realize that a large percentage of bidders use AOL.

Thanks,

Diana
