Hi.. I am a long time user.. but the last couple weeks, I have a few eBay customers email me saying they could not see the images on my auctions. I asked them a few questions and found out they were using netscape as their browser... does that have any bearing on the images? If so, what can be done to correct it? I am selling jewelry and it does affect my sales when potential customers cannot see the images. Thank you in advance for your answer. Nancy

Hi Nancy,
Our system is designed to work with many OSs (Windows, MacOS and even Linux), and with many browsers (IE, AOL, Netscape, Opera), so I do not think the problem was related to the browser. However, I would be very glad to test the display of one of the listings that seemed to be the culprits with different browsers, under different OSs if you are kind enough to give me the item ID.

Hello,
I checked the auction you referenced and the images came up, although the page loaded a bit slowly. You may want to review your HTML and make sure that you have the tags entered in correctly or find out what browser your customers are using. Have you noticed any similarities with the people complaining -- a common ISP, perhaps?
