I am a long time user. Last night I uploaded some auctions that I had not run in a long time. Today I find that the images are not there. I know that they do get deleted if unused, the thing is they are supposed to be highlighted in yellow if they are missing the photo. If I ope that batch up nothing is highlighted even though there are 50 auctions missing the photo. When I open the auction I now see there is nothing attached to it. How did that happen? There was a photo attached, true it was deleted from my images, but I need to know if it is not there. WHy would the batch now think that there was never an image attached??????????

Here is one 957850691 As I was trying to explain. The auction did not have a picture attached when I launched it. So I guess in that sense it is now correct. The question is that when the auction was originaly created it did have an image attached, that was apparently deleated by you because we had not used it recently. That is fine. But usually when you open a batch where pictures are missing you get a pop up saying that images are missing and you need to address the issue. All auctions like that in the batch will have a yellow highlight. The problem was I opened the batch. There is no warning, no highlight. Come to find out auctions with deleted images don't show that any image was EVER attached so your software doesn't see that as a problem. How would that happen? I have opened and closed these batches before but I was under the impression that it would alwys tell me that a picture I had attached was no longer there

Hello,
Thank you for the example. What version of Pro are you using? Have you upgraded since the auction originally was created? Have you opened that listing since then?

Hello,
If you opened the batch before and you saved it then, it saved without images. Batches will come up yellow if there are images missing -- it probably did that time, but you saved it without realizing it. In the future you should check your listings before you upload them again because if there has been a considerable amount of time gone by, the image might not be there anymore so you'd have to re-attach it.

Ok I understand what your saying and I'm sure that is what happen as the batch has other auctions I use more often, I'll keep that in mind from now on. Thank you for clearing it up.
