Verification of launch was not received from eBay.
Please check my eBay to see if the item was launched.
If it has launched, please delete the listing from pending and use the import tool to add the item to your active auction list in control panel.
If it has not launched, please select the item in pending and resubmit it.

Hello thedollladym,
Since restarting their API servers, the latency is decreasing dramatically - however, we are still seeing a higher than normal amount of latency and errors. Please check your seller's list before attempting to relaunch your auctions, and you might want to wait about 15 - 20 minutes before attempting to relaunch as we expect our systems to have normalized by then.
