Hi
I'm not sure where to post these questions...
#1-every once in awhile, I will send a payment reminder and the customer tells me they paid via PayPal. I check & there is a payment. When I started looking closly, I found that they were being sent an old email address and payment notices were being sent to the old address. I have looked high and low to see if PayPal or AW has my old address somewhere I forgot to change but I can't find it anywhere. I did the update AW has been asking for. Any ideas?
#2-the credit card I use for auction watch has been cancled because it was compromised. I will have a new one in a couple of days... however, my AW bill came due and it will be rejected as account closed. Who do I notify that I will have a new number this week?

Hi Paula,
Did you check Global Preferences to see your stored PayPal email address? Make sure that isn't the old one. Also, if you have PayPal automatically inserting logos after your auctions launch, you will want to check your primary PayPal email and make sure it's not the old one.
Regarding your credit card -- unfortunately we can't stop the billing cycle, so most likely you'll get an email notifying you of the card being rejected. You won't be in trouble with your account with us over one email so when you do get your new card, go ahead and update your account. You can update it through Personal Information.

Thank you Sonya, I kind of thought that is what would happen with the credit card... I did receive an email on it today.
The old email address thing... I've checked all you suggested (I had checked befor emailing too) and I can't find anything. If it happens again, I will bring it to your attention when it happens and maybe we can figure it out then.
