I have two accounts and I need to shut down one of them because the store feature on one is actually the user name of another. I need to get this coordinated or I will have to use another system.

Hi Pamela,
If you would like to close an account, please send an email to [email protected] requesting account closure from the email address registered to that account. Please include the account name. If you are going to write from another email, include the email address from that account as well.
