I can not do anything in Post Sales. I can navigate the site just fine but I can't do anything to my account or individual sales.. Why is that? Thanks, Gayle

I can get into your account and your post sale section just fine. What happens when you try to get in? What browser are you using?

Seems to be just fine now. Thanks, maybe I was trying to use during your maintanance time? When is that? I looked but did not see an anouncement about it. Gayle

Hi Gayle,

Any scheduled maintenance times get posted in the Announcements forum. There is a weekly one that we do at the same time as eBay's (early Friday morning) but if any others get scheduled, that would be the place to check.
