For some reason I am not receiving a copy of my WBN's. Also I am not receiving a copy of the WBN response??

Your WBNs are being received by your winners, as I see that there are some that have responses. You may want to check your hotmail account to see what your email filter settings are -- it is possible that hotmail is seeing the WBN as "junk mail" and filtering it out of your inbox.

Thanks for your reply Sonya. My hotmail junk mail filter is off, and they are not being sent there. I know I am receiving replys to the WBN's but the reply is not being sent to my email. I have to go into the sales manager to check and see who has replied??

Sorry Sonya my mistake! BUT what about my WBN that I send out? I am still not getting a copy of that. I was getting them for a while then all of a sudden they stopped copying to my email?

Hi Kimberly,
Did you change anything about the WBN? From the looks of it, it seems like they are being filtered by Hotmail, however you had been receiving them for a while.

I have made changes to the content in the WBN but what could I have changed to make it stop sending me a copy? Other then unchecking the "send me a copy" box? I have checked all of my hotmail files and there is no sign of any received WBN copies, other then the one's I received at first.
I am not sure why you did not receive your copies this time around. Usually, with hotmail and also with AOL, it is a filtering issue. However if this happens on your next set of auctions, please let me know.
